*Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, potential clients, and other relevant organizations (from the initial stage of tendering, contract development, project execution, and through closeout)*Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.*Prepare performance progress versus plans and targets to Country Managing Director & Business Line Directors through BD Monthly report.*Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, contacts and pitches to prospective partners and clients.*Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and interests

* Pricing the complete direct and indirect cost for all Mechanical Works (HVAC ,Plumbing ,Fire Fighting, BMS ,Desalination Sea Water ,Swimming pools ,Fountains ,Conveying Systems ,and Medical Gases) of the project based on the tender requirements * Prepare the comparative statement of subcontractors / suppliers for different major items of the project based on the tender documents.* Prepare the list of qualifications to be submitted with the commercial / technical offers.* Compare the contract documents with the tender documents.* Prepare the list of inquiries to be sent.* Sending inquires to all major subcontractors and suppliers.* Attend the Site Visit / Pre-tender meetings with the clients / consultants.* Prepare the list of queries to be sent to the consultants / clients.* Follow up quotations for major items.* Follow up with subordinates and assist them in their activities.* Evaluate the quotations based on the tender documents.* Quantity verification and if needed conducting quantity take off for certain assignments.* Value engineering studies

*Work closely with the Project Manager/ Construction Manager to deliver project tasks and outcomes in accordance with schedule.* Responsible of Mechanical works (HVAC ,fire fighting, plumbing, Conveying Systems, BMS ) at Museum ,Pyramids restaurant, ticketing building and nilometer building.* Prepare the calculation of manpower which need to the above items according to time schedule.* Issue the productivity Report for electromechanical work.* Coordination with the BIM, QC/QS, Purchasing, Procurement and planning engineers.* Coordination in site with Civil and Electrical engineers.* A strong focus on the safety and quality aspects of the project.* Complete routine engineering tasks including take offs.* Engagement and management of sub-contractors, ensuring paperwork is in place, inductions completed, and work standards / schedules are being adhered to.

* Responsible of Mechanical works (HVAC ,fire fighting, plumbing) at Roof, floors and basement of Medical and annex buildings.* Coordination with the Technical office, QC/QS, Purchasing, Procurement and planning engineers.* Coordination in site with Civil and Electrical engineers.* A strong focus on the safety and quality aspects of the project.* Complete routine engineering tasks including take offs.* Engagement and management of sub-contractors, ensuring paperwork is in place, inductions completed, and work standards / schedules are being adhered to.
