Michael has over 14 years experience in the property and construction industry as a Client Side Project Manager.Utilising a very personal and attentive approach along with a strong understanding of all phases of the project life cycle, Michael provides detailed advice to his clients across all phases of the project , from the initial strategy and feasibility phase through to detailed design, procurement, project delivery and construction.Following completion of his Bachelor of Business Michael spent his initial time at EdgePM in the role of Tenancy Coordinator. Using this time to hone his skills in the project world it has been a natural progression to project management, account management and to his current position as Associate.Having now delivered 100+ projects for multiple national clients across the retail, commercial and industrial sectors, Michael has developed a specialist knowledge base for these sectors providing unrivaled specialist advice to his clients.
