I am actively involved in the Liquor and hospitality industry with a main focus on the Sydney market. In recent years I have overseen the redevelopment of the Groups main hotel assets to transform them into iconic suburban venues that encompass all facets of the hotel industry. There is a large focus on brand building and forging strong partnerships with suppliers, vendors and agencies such as TAB and KENO.In November 2014 (effective January 2015), I was elected to position of Chairman of the board of Liquorstax Australia. I am a keen supporter and advocate of the Liquorstax model with a detailed focus on providing viable and profitable platform for independent business's in the Liquor and Hotel industry.The Vlandis Group also strategically invests into industrial and commercial property, mainly in the Western and South Western Suburbs of Sydney and expanding into regional NSW. I co-ordinate the feasibility, purchasing, redevelopment, leasing and management of these sites.
