Postdoctoral Researcher
CurrentI do numerical simulations of semiconductor devices in the Tony Low group in the Electrical Engineering Dept. at the University of Minnesota. My research focuses on the plasmonic and transport properties of 2D semiconductors. Specifically, I have investigated the effects of current bias on plasmonic properties, the spin angular momentum texture of 2D plasmons, and I have developed drift diffusion modeling of spin-hall devices.

Our research focused mainly on modeling the transport and device characteristics of semiconductor heterostructures.
