Upkeep of grounds for 3 locations to include office, warehouse and rental space for a learning institution. Repair classroom machinery to include projectors, computers and various other office furniture. Renovate corporate offices to include carpentry and general cosmetics.

Process receipts of tuition payments and apply to customer balances. Generate and mail balance invoices to customers and ensure tuition was paid prior to class commencement. Compile month end reconciliations and balance ledgers for report to accounting business manager.
