Progressed through a series of senior financial roles, becoming Chief Financial Officer of the entire corporation in 2014 while maintaining the title of Global Corporate Treasurer. Report to the Chief Executive Officer and responsible for all financial aspects including significant interaction with the Board and private equity owners. Initially hired as Corporate Treasurer and promoted to Chief Financial Officer NA, a $400 million division, in 2002. • Strategic Leadership - Key member of the strategic planning group chaired by the CEO. Primary responsibilities include analyzing and assessing the future direction of the company, specifically with respect to market developments, new product initiatives, channels and services.•Corporate Treasury – Led execution of over $1 billion of financing, covering privatization of the Company, subsequent sale, dividend recapitalization and minority sale transactions. Developed and executed funding for $400M international business across Europe and Asia. • Restructuring and Cost Reduction – Significantly improved the cost structure through outsourcing initiatives, facility consolidations, vendor management and overall improvement in business processes resulting in the $35 million in annualized savings.• Transactions – Provided structural leadership and financing for the largest acquisition in the Company’s history. Led the financing, including negotiation, covenant package and lender and rating agency meetings. Acquired seven new international market organizations.• Team Leadership – Manage a 75+ team globally, providing leadership to drive smooth financial operations
