Sporting Kaw Valley, which was formed after the merger between Prodigy Soccer Club(Topeka) and the Kaw Valley Soccer Association(Lawrence), is now one of the largest and most successful soccer clubs in Northeast Kansas. Sporting Kaw Valley was the first official "Academy Affiliate" of the Major League Soccer(MLS) team Sporting Kansas City. Real Kansas United(Manhattan) merged with Sporting Kaw Valley in 2016. Sporting Kaw Valley(SKV) provides the opportunity for nearly 3800 participants, between 3-19 years of age, to participate in a variety of recreational, academy, and competitive soccer programs and services annually.

Provide leadership, planning, organizing and administering all aspects of the program including: planning and implementing training sessions for 40 high school girls grades 9-12, training, practice development, game preparation and strategy, scheduling, purchasing of equipment and increase community involvement.

Responsible for developing the strategic and operational plan to guide the club along with acting as a spokesperson, reflecting the values and vision of the club. Responsibilities also include: leading training sessions, the coaching and development of players and coaches, creating operating budget, overseeing scholarship structure, purchasing of all equipment and developing a fundraising program, administer the funds in a strict accordance and monitor the monthly cash flow of the club. Scheduling friendlies, league games, tournaments along with coaching multiple teams per season (u9-u18).
