I reviewed and edited all written staff work product.Additionally, I participated in developing agency policies and interpretations of legal authorities; drafted confidential informal opinions and formal Advisory Opinions; lead and conducted investigations into alleged violations of ethics laws; and drafted and prepared regulations for publication. I conducted ethics training sessions for select groups including registered lobbyists, faculty of SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and leadership and staff of the New York State Council on the Arts.
