- Provide EUS desktop support to Distribution, Call Center, and HUB retail environments throughout the US.- Work alongside local management to address DC needs and new process implementations for the site.- Manage user accounts utilizing Active Directory, Azure, and OKTA environments.- Build images for local workstations, provide end user support for install, setup, and implementation of new software as deemed necessary.- Provide support for Office 365 environment including training and break/fix solutions.- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN and WLAN connectivity issues throughout the local facility, as well as configure local PC's, laptops, tablets, and printers for network access.- Build, test, and deploy images for Zebra and Honewell RF devices. Utilizing both manual configuration and Stage Now for a more streamlined implementation.- Maintain security camera systems, time clocks, and configure phone connectivity for companywide telecommunications.- ASC system troubleshooting and monitoring.-OPEX system troubleshooting and monitoring.-VPN support for GC, MA, and vendors using Connect Tunnel and Winauth/RSA authentication.- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses. Assess current facility needs and submit POs via GC e-procurement systems.- Create and fulfill RMA requests for third-party vendors- Work directly with vendors to test and implement new systems into the GC environment.- StayLinked Administration- Acting Point of Contact for the Kansas City Distribution Center IT department and primary on-call support for the facility.- List of systems actively supporting and/or using: Windows PC, MacOS, Zebra TC51/52 and MC3300x, Cipherlabs 9700, StayLinked, StageNow, Intune, Azure, Bomgar Representative Console, Password Safe, CCC, OMS, O365 suite, Infoship, UPS Worldship, OPEX, and Basware.

- Work directly with the customer and provide product knowledge in order for customer to make an informed decision on their purchase.- Follow-up with customer via phone or e-mail to make sure they are satisfied with their transaction and aren't in the need of anything to compliment their purchase.- Maintain and troubleshoot musical equipment displayed on the floor.- Provide quotes and purchase plans to organisations looking to make sizeable purchases such as PA configurations for local churches.- Use forklifts to maintain product in racks.
