I started my professional journey in the real estate sector in 2003, while concurrently holding the position of Director of Sales at Pitney Bowes. Originally, real estate investment was envisioned as part of my long-term financial planning; however, I quickly developed a profound passion for the field.By 2010, having established a robust portfolio of properties, I transitioned from the corporate sphere to dedicate myself entirely to real estate investment. Currently, I am responsible for managing a diverse portfolio that includes several hundred units throughout central Indiana.In 2013, together with my respected business partner, Joe Blake, we established Iron Men Properties. Our firm focuses on the development of contemporary, market-rate apartments in urban areas. Our objective is to work collaboratively with local governments and communities to provide market rate multifamily housing solutions. We are committed to maintaining ownership and upholding a high standard of quality, aiming to positively influence these communities for the foreseeable future.Outside of my professional life, my faith in Jesus Christ serves as my cornerstone and primary source of joy. I also have a keen interest in aviation, strategic board games, and maintaining physical fitness. Traveling to new places with my beloved wife is among my most valued experiences. Our family, which includes four children, their spouses, and two cherished grandchildren, remains central to the blessings of my life.
