As a Trade Spend Coordinator at Rise Baking Company, I manage customer trade programs, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to. I also identify and resolve trade discrepancies, working with the customer to achieve mutual understanding. I have been in this role for more than a shorter period of time, and I am developing strong skills in accruals, financial analysis, and SAP.Before joining Rise, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management & Finance from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, an AACSB accredited institution. I also gained valuable experience as a Business Development Intern at Dispatch, where I performed business outreach, handled daily meetings, and developed a workflow for the full time position. Additionally, I have three years of supervisory experience in the construction industry, where I managed a crew, communicated with other crews, and worked in a fast-paced environment. I am a self-learner, a communicator, and a leader, motivated by challenging and rewarding opportunities.
