Extensive background on a senior management level – that includes: Business Development Manager, Project Delivery Executive and Senior Project Manager positions. Contributions mainly include new customer base expansion, increase in headcount project deployments, promotion of high level quality and project delivery excellence and overall account management. Accomplishments vary from signings of more than 15 new accounts for Philippines-GDC, 200+ project resource deployments and presentations to over 100+ IBM partners, delivery executives, project managers and Global Delivery teams. Leadership was instrumental in the 2006-2009 GDC growth, through a ten-fold headcount increase, hence given the recognition of 2008 IBM Business Excellence Award. As a Project Manager, tasks include project implementations of various carrier settlement and billing applications for telcos. Responsibility ranges from overall project planning, initiation, risk management, issue management, people management and project financials management.As a Business Analyst for ICMS (Integrated Customer Management System) implementations in several telecom companies, had provided business expertise to telco customers in various areas of Billing, Usage Processing and Product Management. This also includes user requirements analysis, development of external specifications design, business parameter definition and setup, end-to-end system testing, and production maintenance support to customers.
