Deal represented around $50 million of incremental revenue and ~1,000 FTEs. Designed and launched company’s Global Production offering, merging US, UK, and India production capabilities to create a more flexible service model. Developed go-to-market strategy, business case, pricing strategy, and production processes. Service delivering ~$5 million in revenue and $2 million in GP a year.Operations lead on the team tasked with developing and launching the company’s first AI enabled service offering.
