During 5-year tenure, grew revenue from $27 million to over $68 million, GP from $5 million to over $17 million, and headcount from 325 to 800+, while achieving a 90% Net Promoter Score. Led operations integration of EMEA bolt on acquisition. Responsible for alignment of service offerings, implementation of operating best practices, standardization of portfolio reporting practices, consolidation of sites, and integration of management models. Deal represented around $50 million of incremental revenue and ~1,000 FTEs. Designed and launched company’s Global Production offering, merging US, UK, and India production capabilities to create a more flexible service model. Developed go-to-market strategy, business case, pricing strategy, and production processes. Service delivering ~$5 million in revenue and $2 million in GP a year.Operations lead on the team tasked with developing and launching the company’s first AI enabled service offering. Contributed to product design, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and proof of concept clients. Global launch of service is scheduled for April. Drove significant cultural shift by implementing a proactive, data-driven management model. Standardized account-level metrics, implemented individual production score cards, and created global standards to allow benchmarking. Redesigned management practices, reporting requirements, and enabled systems to create production and performance transparency. Responsible for the oversight of a $2.5 million renovation of one of three floors in the Wheeling production center. Secured state and local funding to finance part of the project.
