Currently serving as a member of the ACCO/Assistant Commissioner's senior management team. Lead Directors of MWBE Purchasing and Competitive Procurements in full array of procurement activities.

Led Co-Directors of Mental Hygiene Contracts and Mental Hygiene Amendments and their teams in full array of procurement activities. Advised ACCO/Deputy ACCO on decisions concerning award, administration, renewal and termination of contracts. Represented DOHMH/ACCO at contract public hearings, meetings with Agency personnel, and meetings with oversight agencies to facilitate the development, review, and approval of procurement actions.

Managed a team of procurement coordinators tasked with amending the contract portfolio for the Agency’s Division of Mental Hygiene. Provided procurement coordinators with training, reference tools, information, and documents needed to perform their duties. Regularly met with procurement coordinators individually and as a team and reviewed their work. Ensured contract amendments are processed in accordance with PPB Rules in a timely manner. Managed large-scale/high priority procurement actions and projects, which included reporting updates on regular basis to leadership. Recipient of Managerial Leadership Award in 2018.

Drafted, prepared, and managed development of solicitation documents for procurements subject to competitive contracting including invitation for bids, requests for proposals, negotiated acquisitions and small purchases. Managed a portfolio of service-based procurements from solicitation through contract signing and registration. Recipient of Professional Excellence Award in 2015.

Conducted statutory hearings on behalf of the City of New York and its agencies for various claims including, but not limited to, trip and fall, unlawful arrest and detention, and negligent supervision of minors. Prepared abstract summaries of hearings for review by the Comptroller’s Office.

Represented institutional lenders in all aspects of residential purchases and refinances from inception to successful closing

Composed and negotiated residential contracts of sale, commercial and residential leases, construction contracts, and vendor license agreements. Conducted real estate closings for buyer, seller, and Coops as transfer agent. Composed operating agreements, membership agreements, and other corporate documents.Regularly appeared in court for landlord/tenant proceedings and civil litigation matters. Drafted motions, orders to show cause, and pleadings. Prepared for and conducted depositions. Compiled estate documents including wills, petitions, inventories, and accountings. Drafted guardianship annual reports, orders to show cause, final reports, and accountings.
