Responsible for maintaining relationships with our members, selling our membership, overviewing certification workshops, and answering any customer service related inquiries.

At the Frozen Moo, I’m responsible for handling deliveries of over 350 three-gallon tubs every week, organizing them in our freezers, and restocking the tubs during shifts. I’m also responsible for serving our 92 flavors to customers and leading my coworkers when our owner isn’t present.

Duties included going on delivery routes around the Columbia, SC area, loading and unloading trucks, cleaning, yard work, assembling chairs and office products, and organizing boxes and pallets around the warehouse.

As a membership services intern, I was first to answer all pickleball-related calls and LiveChats online to help service our 8,000+ PPR members. I also assisted with membership renewal, worked on special projects, entered scores into the PPR database, promoted workshops to non-members/uncertified members, and updated the PPR Excel sheet daily.

As a USA Baseball Sports Properties Assistant, I found/reached out to potential sponsorships/partnerships, updated spreadsheet database, and helped on-site for special events.

I was assigned a prospect from the Dominican Royals to tutor and teach not only the English language, but also about the culture of the United States to make the move from Latin America to the United States much easier. This was a virtual position, but I was on-site at the Dominican Royals facility where we scrimmaged the team and afterward, we led a tutoring session teaching the prospects English.
