Duties and Responsibilities:• Attend project meetings to collect and disseminate information pertaining to projects to relevant parties such as principal, contractors and Project Director.• Plan, design, prepare and submit shop drawing to Main Contractor / Consultant / Client for approval• Prepare and Submit Forms which required by relevant authority (i.e. Singapore Power, Singtel, Starhub).• Review and submit material submittal to Main Contractor / Consultant/ Client i.e. technical catalogue, material sample and other documents submitted by supplier.• Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders including consultants, RTO, SO, sub-contractors, site supervisors and safety officer on site to ensure projects requirements are met.• Prepare progress report and claim to Main Contract / Client.• Supervise the execution of works and carryout regular inspection of works.• Well versed and project management.• Study, highlight, update and feedback any problems arise to Project Director.• Update and follow up of project progress, schedule, safety and administrative matters.• Liaise, Coordinate and Conduct Testing with the presence of Relevant Authority (i.e. Singapore Power, Singtel, Starhub).

Duties and Responsibilities:• Site Coordinator• Prepare Daily/Monthly progress report.• Review, preparation and submission of material submittal to Main Contractor / Consultant i.e. technical catalogue, material sample and other documents submitted by supplier.• Material Take Off.• Prepare and make material requisition/purchase order/ delivery instruction.• Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders including consultants, RTO, SO, sub-contractors, site supervisors and safety officer on site to ensure projects requirements are met.• Supervise the execution of works and carryout regular inspection of works.• Respond to instruction given on site.• Receive and checking of material being delivered to site and proper administration of delivery order on site office.• Attend site meeting.• Prepare memo on site• Study, highlight, update and feedback any problem arise to Site manager• Conduct Testing and Commissioning of all Electrical equipments.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Conduct on-site inspection and check the quality of work, materials and equipments of the MEP subcontractors.• Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, samples and other documents submitted by the MEP subcontractors.• Coordinate and liase with various stakeholders including consultants, sub-contractors, site supervisors and safety officer on site to ensure projects requirements are met.• Make provision for a detailed review of all contract documents and drawings, prior to commencement of work.• Supervise the execution of works and carryout regular inspection of works.• Check and evaluate subcontractor’s valuations comparing to the actual progress of the projects.• Implement and assure that the work procedure/method statement relevant to the performance of a particular task or parts of the work is prepared in accordance with contract requirements and in good working practice.• Prepares queries to consultant for clarifications such as design errors, discrepancies between specification, BOQ and IFC Drawings.• Conduct Testing and Commissioning of all MEPD Equipments.Other Duties: (MEP Quantity Surveyor)• Prepare and assist in monitoring progress claims and payments, subcontractor’s payment certification, variation order submission and final accounts.• Prepare quantity take-off and cost estimating.• Handle contractual and claims matters including preparation of contractual correspondences.• Assist in verifying subcontractor claims and wards.

Duties and Responsibilities:• In charge in machine equipments (VIM, VIB & VIC) and installation of electrical parts in the production.• Conduct routine inspection of all equipments, conveying system and other Cold End machinery make sure all in good condition.• Attend trouble shooting electrical/technical fault occurring on the production line.• Conduct technical training to in-house technicians in all aspects of electrical disciplines pertaining to all process automation.• Conduct preventive maintenance on the production lines and plant equipments.• Execute Cold End line job change.• Perform other related tasks as may assign from time to time.
