- Data management project lead for the Pharmaceutical Serialization program- Business owner of Enterprise systems and respective capabilities within the EMDM space related to data consolidation, standardization, reliability and publication- Perform intake of business requirements for data warehousing and publication, typically in support of projects requiring consolidated, standardized and/or harmonized data across platforms, regions and/or sectors, and identify appropriate sources required to support business needs for data- Partner with relevant business teams to drive and implement a multi-generational plan that will further develop the capabilities of enterprise systems- Collaborate with sector platform SMEs to understand data lineage, sourcing and delivery of data to the business and provide support and expertise for enterprise system enhancements, changes, issues, testing, training and deployments- Develop and implement process measurements and metrics, providing key subject matter expertise in shaping, reviewing and organizing the data flow of source to enterprise systems, and implement process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness

- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of contract sales data stored in the JJHCS U.S. Region Sales Data Warehouse- Lead daily interaction across multiple functional areas including IT, Finance, Government and Commercial Contracting, Compliance and Operating Companies to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data flows to/from the Data Warehouse and its source systems, ensuring that data meets all Commercial and Government contract requirements and satisfies all applicable audit and compliance requirements including Sarbanes-Oxley- Coordinate communication and engagement of JJHCS, OpCo and other Business Partners as required to vet and approve data strategies.

• Reduced the open balance for Cardinal Health’s year end settlement from $3.5MM in 2010 to $2.6MM through improved partnership and processes• Improved the Cardinal Health MPS settlement process through revisions of the applied logic to the rebate discrepancies which led to Cardinal agreeing to pay back $2.25MM for 2010• Automated the rebate discrepancy research tracking through partnership with IT • Led the development, implementation, and initial review of Data Warehouse SOX testing • Developed the Regional Processing Center Scorecard for account teams to streamline resolutions on channel partner issues and processes• Increased Cardinal Health MPS clean line percentage from 94.97% (2010) to 95.67% (2011) through improved discrepancy resolution processes and efficient communication

• Reduced open balance for the Cardinal Health MPS account for Lifescan, Inc. from $1.3MM (2008) to $500,000 (2009) to $140,000 (2010) through effective analysis and efficient communication with appropriate business partners• Partnered with Lifescan, Inc., MDM, and Accounts Payable to resolve 500 payments held up in the CARS/IS system worth ~$4.5MM • Created efficiencies to reduce the process time for the chargeback daily reports by 1.5 hours per day through report automation and eliminating unnecessary errors

• Managed 131 Lifescan, Inc. non-targeted contract load direction processes• Reduced contract load cycle time for non-targeted agreements from 20 days to 5 days by coordinating efforts between functional teams • Consolidated the GPO-Lifescan, Inc. price file to ensure contract loads are completed in a more accurate and efficient manner
