Since joining the industry in the 80s, I have held various roles, including 2D/3D artist, programmer, game and level designer, sound engineer, and producer at renowned companies such as Infogrames, Ocean, Starbyte, Infospace, Elkware, Greenwood, Eclipse, and Reline Software.My projects span a wide range of platforms, from the 8-bit era with the C64 to Amiga, Atari ST, PC, PlayStation, Nintendo DS, browser games, and numerous mobile platforms.I have led both small and large teams and successfully built entire departments. In many companies, I have held management positions, overseeing large projects and being responsible for personnel selection, development, and support. My management style is characterized by open communication and a strong focus on teamwork and individual growth. I believe that motivated and well-supported employees deliver the best results.In addition, I have had P&L responsibility for multi-million dollar revenues, evaluating comprehensive product and company key figures.
