I’ve implemented structured bay allocation, enabling us to pinpoint product locations by code, improving both accessibility and order fulfilment speed.To streamline logistics, I designed a custom dispatch and transport spreadsheet, which allows me to plan efficient routes across Australia with precision, helping us reduce transport costs and improve delivery estimates. Our recent move to our new Melbourne HQ has further enhanced our capabilities, with expanded floor space allowing more items at pick level, reducing forklift usage and accelerating order consolidation.
