• Perform audits to ensure reliability of financial reporting, effective and efficient operations, adequate controls and compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations • Prepare accurate, complete, and logically organized work papers with sound conclusions and clear explanations • Provide input to the development of the annual audit plan • Facilitate external audit process • Assist with Audit Committee preparations and materials • Effectively handle and prioritize concurrent assignments • Coordinate all aspects of assignments, keeping management apprised at appropriate intervals • Maintain active and open communication with business owners and management

Implement compliance and underwriting change and controls.Primary Responsibilities:•Research and interpret obscure or complex rules•Develop and document concrete, compliant solutions •Manage the business process changes resulting from all audits (internal and external), compliance or uw-related complaints, legislative changes, business changes, etc.•Negotiate business prioritization and resource allocation with key stakeholders•Ensure policy documentation is legal and accurate•Develop and facilitate team self-audits and controls, including the coding of NICE analytics categories•Track and communicate all compliance and underwriting preventative and inspection tactics ensuring 100% compliance

Responsible for managing and developing a team of Sales Associates responsible for the full life cycle sales process (lead generation, prospect qualification, leads analysis, risk assessment, follow up, negotiation, closing).Primary Responsibilities:•Create and monitor various analytical reports to formulate goals and objectives and measure overall and individual results to increase overall sales performance.•Forecast and schedule resources to ensure staffing meets service level goals.•Display unrelenting commitment to excellence by driving quality through identifying and implementing process improvements and performance measurements.•Work with all departments within Electric Insurance to coordinate training, regulatory requirements, underwriting changes, systems enhancements, projects, and process changes.•Support the daily activities of the Contact Center as a key "go-to" person for technical insurance knowledge, system knowledge, and decision-making.•Assist customers directly by handling complicated transaction, escalations and complaint calls.

Responsibilities included mentoring and coaching team members, problem solving, handling escalated calls, project work, scheduling, adherence, team development and communication, conflict resolution and above all improving the sales results of the team.Primary Responsibilities:•Manage and analyze daily contact center activities, including monitoring Sales & Contact Center metrics•Support the daily activities of the Sales Center as a key "go-to" person for technical insurance knowledge, system knowledge, and decision-making•Assist customers directly by handling complicated transactions, customer inquires, and escalations•Work with other departments to coordinate training, regulatory requirements, underwriting changes, systems enhancements, projects, and process changes•Partner with department leaders in the identification of improvement areas, as well as follow-through to completion
