• Management of the oversight of the third party service providers including Fund Administrators, Transfer Agents, Auditors, and Trustee/Custodians. This includes the agreement of SLA’s/SLD’s where appropriate • Maintaining oversight controls and procedures and enhancing where necessary.• Production of monthly suite of reporting for senior management.• Acting as operational point of contact for internal stakeholders for unitised funds.• Management of Fund Boards of Directors including oversight of the Corporate Secretary• Ensuring the Financial Statements of the funds are filed on time by the Fund Administrator• Assist Product Development in the implementation of new products – including the review of fund documentation and agreement of any new operational processes with the service providers. Responsible for fund closures, new share class launches, new sub fund launches from an operational prospective – e.g. hedge share classes• Delivery of Fund information to parties such as Morningstar and Lipper etc. Support of the Sales Team in any queries pertaining to new fund investments• Member of the various project teams dealing with the current regulatory changing environment (AIFMD, FATCA etc.). This included carrying out due diligence on the new depositary framework• Member of internal Valuation Committee.• Team of two managers
