Managing relationships with shipping carriers and other 3rd parties who provide critical goods and services necessary to the operation of the company.Payroll administration, invoice payments, tax remission, and expensing.Build products, manage collections, co-ordinate product launches, manage monthly subscription program, update pages, write content for the website.Build & implement rules, best practices, training guides, automations & shortcuts to improve day to day operations in the fulfillment warehouse & customer service department.Working with warehouse manager & customer service manager on reviewing team accuracy performance reports, key performance indicator targets, workflow prioritization, & provide active coaching & training.Manage escalations of day to day operational issues ranging from shipping, logistics, website management, payment dispute and fraud resolution & customer service.Inventory, website, brick-&-mortar retail & third party marketplace product management & multichannel sales, inventory, & customer service management & integration.Wholesale, corporate sales, brick & mortar collaboration project management.Screen & interview candidates with the warehouse manager & customer service manager.Coordinate macro level strategies & campaigns with marketing & brand management departments ranging from brand awareness, customer retention, incentive programs, new product development & creative strategy & oversee their implementation through new policy directives & workflow rules.Travel to attend trade shows & conferences domestically & internationally on manufacturing, international partnerships & visit manufacturer locations.
