• Saved the company $310,000 in line cost savings by testing and turning up 5 critical trunk groups, which allowed for an emergency LNP to take place.
• Created the first standard operating procedure for the test and acceptance group which established guidelines and procedures for our group and for other groups we interacted with.

• Redesigned and turned up new trunk groups to assist in reestablishing communications in New Orleans after hurricane Katrina.

• Designed orders during off-hours to reestablish communications in New York City after 9/11.
• Entered and designed over 300 orders for our local 1 way to 2 way conversion project in less than two days, exceeding the company standard of one week.
• Learned how to design DS3 transport circuits to support several hundred interconnect T1s that were needed to be turned up for local customer traffic.
• Assisted in the creation and presentation of the local to long-distance provisioning process, which expanded MCI’s network coverage over the United States.
