- Management of Clinical Trials (IMP) shipments organization from Kaiseraugst and San Fransisco- Management of possible process deviation/ issues / special cases- Management of temperature evaluation- Request all relevant documents/licenses considering country specific requirements- Maintain internal documents up-to-date (Country Requirements List / Tracking report)- GMP/GDP Environment

- Provides operational support to multiple global Study Management Teams- Coordinates activities with CRO vendors to meet study timelines- Responsible for reviewing and maintaining accurate study level progress information trough the efficient use of systems, tools and reports- Contributes to functional excellence activities

- Responsibility supporting project/study teams in Clinical Operations- Provide general secretarial support to all project members- Organize local and international meetings with the congress department

- Responsibility for import goods from Far East- Customer services for acquisition department- Deputy for food transportation (worldwide) and Europe business- Responsibility taker for apprentices

- Customer service- Responsibility for pharmaceutical shipments (within Roche)- Responsibility for transnational shipments- Administrative work
