My name is Michael Schaper. I would like to give you a little feel of what makes me well, me! • I am hardworking and determined. • Two years ago I served a full-time mission for my church in Ecuador(Yes, I speak Spanish!). During that time I faced many hardships, failures, and disappointments. Even though I had my trials, I did not stop. No matter how many doors get shut in my face, I will not stop knocking. That's just the kind of person I am. • One of my "valiant superpowers" is the ability to focus. When I get dialed in on something, I see it to the end. I can stare at graphs all day, and never get bored. That's probably why I love the stock market so much. • I have had all sorts of different roles in the companies I have worked for. I learned accounting through working with million dollar companies in both HR and Administrative roles. • I love football, volleyball, wally-ball, soccer, and almost any other sport I can think of. Interestingly, in high-school I was an all state volleyball player for Mesa High School. • If there is something a little bit quirky about me it's that I like to become friends with the people I work with. It may be a bad habit but I find it the best way to get the work done in a fun and timely manner.
