Work to ensure customer success for SaaS clients utilizing learning management systems. Create and present detailed presentations to Curriculum Directors illustrating student and teacher usage, student performance results, and NPS feedback. Develop plans to enhance product knowledge of end-users. Proactively work with clients to enhance retention, assess upsell opportunities, and prevent account churn. Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Support, and Renewals teams to ensure client success and maintain ARR.

Managed a team of 16 Project Managers that were responsible for the implementation of digital learning products for K-12 clients. Provided leadership and direction to the project management team. Interfaced with each member to increase utilization, achieve goals, provide coaching, and perform evaluations. Developed and monitored forecast process to assess resource availability. Interfaced with Program Managers to effectively staff projects with appropriate expertise. Worked with the PMO Director to develop and refine project management processes. Increased the utilization and effectiveness of PM resources to enhance company revenue and client satisfaction.

Served as a Project Team Lead and Advisor to the PMO for the statewide implementation of PowerSchool in North Carolina. Managed a one-year SIS implementation for Wake County consisting of 170 schools and 165,000 students. Held ongoing planning and strategy meetings with the district leadership team and presented project updates to large gatherings of district representatives. Managed a remote team of PM professionals responsible for SIS implementation projects throughout the state. Served as the Project Manager for the implementation of PowerSchool at Springfield Public Schools in Massachusetts. This $500,000 project was conducted aggressively over a 5-month period as 56 schools were successfully transitioned to a new student information system for the start of the school term. Provided 100 days of project management and consulting services to Hartford Public Schools in Connecticut. This $350,000 project enabled the District to transition 55 schools to a new student information system over an 11-month period. Routine planning meetings were held with staff, a WBS was created, and a detailed project plan was utilized. Student data was imported and verified; and a training plan was created to effectively train school personnel throughout the District. Assumed the project management duties for Savannah-Chatham County Public Schools in Georgia. Met with the District Project Leader and the implementation team to gain an understanding of the project scope. Updated the SOW, created a detailed WBS with the team, and finalized a project plan in Microsoft Project. Successfully transitioned the district to PowerSchool. Provided classroom software training to school administrators. Created and presented detailed presentations to large audiences at user conferences.

Provided on-site installation and repair of optical mark scanners, printers, and network hardware in schools, universities, and businesses. Managed client expectations, conferred with dispatchers, diagnosed system failures, and resolved electromechanical malfunctions.
