Dads Fit 4 Life Program is a lifestyle transformation program for Dads who feel they have lost themselves due to family and work commitments. We help Dads burn fat, build muscle, improve sleep, decrease stress, regain energy & prioritise themselves again.I have created a specific system and path that gets our Dads losing 10 to 20kg in 90 days using our 4 key foundational pillers. Once the fatloss result is achieved we focus on maintaining the result through a specific coaching method while building on the habits and routines we have laid as a foundation in the first 12 weeks. These 4 Step Path Is:1) Understanding The Facts (What are the facts in their life right now and where do they need to go)2) Stress Management And Sleep Optimisation 3) Nutrition Systems And Protocols4) Training Systems Within this path we focus on key areas like mindset, habit coaching, routines and daily rituals to ensure our Dads leave the program with all the tools they need to support their new identity.As a former competitive athlete I understand that Men who have been involved in competitive sports always have that burning desire to compete and hold themselves at a higher standard. For this reason I have created a program to reignite that fire inside while at the same time helping them become a better person and father.The Dads Fit 4 Life Program is about progression not perfection. Inside the program our Dads learn how to eat their favourite foods while still getting results, but more importantly maintaining them long term.
