Senior Consultant
Current- Advise clients on HR best practices, employee relations issues, policy and procedure, and compensation reviews.
- Provides daily leadership for Talent Acquisition supporting client needs.
- Contributes to institutional consistency by monitoring employee relations.
- Updates client leadership on trends and recommends solutions where needed.
- Maintains routine in-person communication with the senior leadership of the client group.
- Monitors talent evaluation and recommends action appropriate to needs.
