• Supervised, delegated, organized, and coordinated paid and volunteer personnel while producing over 30 high school musicals and dramatic productions. Managed finances, licensing, fundraising, and correspondence staying.
• Instructed over 300 middle and high school students in public speaking with many receiving local, state, and national recognition and awards.
• Created schedules, monitored achievements, encouraged, and coached students toward successful outcomes while directing over 13 dramatic productions.
• Procured financial and material donations; radio, television, and newsprint advertising; and coordinated post-performance panel discussions for the above theatrical productions.
