• Supervised, delegated, organized, and coordinated paid and volunteer personnel while producing over 30 high school musicals and dramatic productions. Managed finances, licensing, fundraising, and correspondence staying in the black for all productions.• Instructed over 300 middle and high school students in public speaking with many receiving local, state, and national recognition and awards.• Created schedules, monitored achievements, encouraged, and coached students toward successful outcomes while directing over 13 dramatic productions.• Procured financial and material donations; radio, television, and newsprint advertising; and coordinated post-performance panel discussions for the above theatrical productions.• Wrote articles, public service announcements, radio spots, and director notes to advertise theatrical productions.• Assist the graphic designer with program, poster, and postcard layouts for local distribution.
