About Michael Schelling

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in biochemistry focusing on CRISPR biology. I am currently studying bacteria virus interactions in the context of CRISPR immunity. From my research I have gained experience working with many different organisms including bacteria, yeast, plant and mammalian cells. I characterize the function of proteins using in vitro assays and in model organisms. I have extensive experience in DNA manipulation and next-gen sequencing experiments.
