My expertise extends to working within highly regulated and logistically challenging environments, particularly in highways, airports, railways, and educational sectors.Currently, I hold the role of Head of Research and Innovation at Balfour Beatty's highways division. In this capacity, I lead our £25 million research and innovation portfolio, a crucial driver in our pursuit of future net-zero targets.My passion is rooted in harnessing Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and digital innovation to boost productivity on construction sites while simultaneously mitigating time, cost, and quality risks, as well as reducing unnecessary waste. I am actively involved in all facets of innovation and MMC, with a dedicated focus on developing standardised and innovative frameworks that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
