Responsible for the supply planning of the Nordics markets- Analyze the market demand, identify trends and propose solutions for the short and mid-term- Calculate the Short and mid-term production plan for respective markets, ensuring capacity optimization and that market demand is met in a timely, accurate and in the most economical manner- Lead activities aimed to maintain an optimum level of finished goods inventory- Coordinate supply chain activities for the launch of new products or product changes, ensuring market requirements are met and minimizing obsoletes for finished goods and direct materials- Prepare monthly reports/KPIs and conduct analyses on supply chain data events, trends and evolution in order to provide to the Management with adequate means to control and drive the business

- Transfer the knowledge to the new Supply Chain Center of Excellence of the Nordics- Support and Coordinate the Integrated Demand Planning project- Applying SOPAT (S&OP Assessment Tool)- Reviewing current processes (LOGD, Inventory)- Improving Key Performance Indicators- Optimizing Finished Goods Replenishment for the Nordics- Coordinate SCIPIO/BW Training to end users- Set-up a Product Life Cycle Management Process- Establish Standard Operating Procedure for the Nordics

Responsible for the supply planning of Nordics, Greece and UK markets

Coordinate smooth and continuous flow of goods to PMI Customers, ensuring that the required products with the right quantities are delivered in time, at the correct price, in line with the service levels agreed and in compliance with PMI policies and procedures
