    As Vice President for Business Development I managed distribution for the Great Lakes Region. We produced over $650MM in annual GWP through over 400 global, national and regional retail and wholesale brokers. I managed a staff of seven business development managers and one marketing assistant. I developed and executed multiple strategic plans in alignment with over 30 different underwriting groups (profit centers) to help them achieve and exceed their goals. I was promoted to AVP of AIG Small Business two years later and hired a Regional Sales Manager to handle our Michigan territory. A year later, I became Business Development Director managing a territory of brokers in Cleveland, Columbus and Dayton, Ohio where I was responsible for delivering the entire portfolio of products to brokers located within my assigned territory. A year later, I was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Business Development where I assisted the Vice President in managing the distribution of AIG products within the Great Lakes Region. Two and a half years later, in the fall of 2010, I was promoted once again, this time to the position of Vice President, Business Development.
