I deal with one of our largest Global Accounts, for the surface products segment. I manage 3 operations specialists, which work in the PDO office. Our task is to keep the PDO team operations, running smoothly, with technical support, manpower, and equipment. I personally focus on introducing new technology, to PDO, along with dealing day in and day out with the 2 contract holders for PDO. I support the district sales manager, in forecasting bookings and revenue details, making sure that we meet or exceed our targets. I mentor, coach, and guide my team, to provide best in class support and service to our key customer. We successfully introduced 3 new products to the PDO team, which furthered our collaboration and solidified our position as a key supplier for PDO. In March 2021 we secured an additional long-term contract with Shell Development Oman (SDO), to furnish Wellheads, Production Trees, FRAC equipment and associated services. I worked closely with the SDO technical team to ensure that our tender was technically compliant and met all the SDO requirements.

I was responsible for the Brunei District Surface Products market for Cameron, including forecasting sales, technical presentations, developing strategic plans and budget targets. I dealt with day-to-day operational issues, from a technical and logistical support stand point. We operated in a complex and diverse cultural environment. We currently have 78 employees, consisting of 15 Ex-Pats and 63 Locals. We focused on customer and employee engagement, team building, product specific training, adherence to our QMS, Cameron core values, and competency requirements. We took a struggling entity, where the customer was ready to cut us off, and through teamwork, training, and focus on quality, secured a 10-year long-term contract. When I left the operation, we had an engaged and loyal customer, and were meeting or exceeding our bookings, revenue, and operating margin forecasts.

Managed all sales activities for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Successfully introduced several new products to Saudi Aramco, increased revenue each year. Secured BAPCO Khuff Gas business for 8.5 years running. Managed SCM contract for KOC in Kuwait deep gas projects.
