Team Leader Quality Technician
CurrentTechnical & personnel management of the QT team Aesch - Technical & personnel responsibility of all employees of the QC team at site AeschAchievement of the following tasks: - Management of non-conformances (NCR's) - Management of measuring equipment in the GMP environment - Receipt and assessment of returns of goods (RMA) - Quality control of products - Coordination or processing of NCR's with Severity A&B - Establishment/maintenance of an efficient, independent and effective QC team. - Operational involvement only when required (absences of QC staff) Supporting process optimisation initiatives and internal process audits - Processing of process optimisation initiatives, this includes the technical conception, survey and definition of processes, with subsequent creation of the corresponding SOP, in collaboration with the corresponding process owners. - Carrying out process audits Support in the area of quality management - Support in the reorganisation of the QM system General activities - Collaboration or management of projects in the context of the realignment of the Process & Quality Management division of the SOTAX Group.
