I am a 14 year veteran of the insurance industry. I have worked primarily in claims; auto, property, contents, CATASTROPHE. I have worked as a desk adjuster as well as in the field. My passion was in education and onboarding, I worked for 6 years as a claims trainer for property. This gave me a deep understanding of subject matter, processes and allowed me to collaborate with various stakeholders and consulted on many special projects.
