As a group leader, my role is to provide the overall management of specialty systems projects and oversee the project management team. Some of my responsibilities include mentoring and providing guidance to the project managers to ensure projects are on-schedule, within budget, meet safety guidelines, and exceed customer expectations.

As a project manager, I provide the overall management and staff oversight for Faith Technologies' projects under the guidance of a group manager. I am the main point of contact for owner’s ensuring they are confident in the current status of their project. Some of my additional responsibilities include planning and reviewing project schedules and budgets, reviewing estimates, visiting jobsites, and establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

•Responsible for planning, supervising, and estimating Specialty Systems service projects •Estimate, set up, schedule, and supervise specialty system projects and service vans (voice/data, audio, CCTV, CATV, security systems, fire alarm, access control, etc.)
