I work as a quality analyst in charge of the creation and execution of test plans across numerous environments for various IBM ECM related products. Also responsible for automation of regression testing for such software products. Testing can involve product enhancements, bug fixes, workflow changes, etc.

Formerly I was working on the book transfer underwriting team, and was assisting numerous agents with the transferring of books of business by exporting data from several different management systems. I served as the technical liaison on the team.
