As an operational due diligence senior analyst, I am responsible for reviewing fund legal documents, audited financials, compliance documents and regulatory filings for managers of hedge funds, private equity funds, and co-investment vehicles. In addition to reviewing documents, I meet with senior management of managers to understand, document and opine on their operational and compliance policies and procedures. The meetings are summarized in reports for department heads at AIG Investments.I have knowledge and practical experience in the Investment Adviser’s Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
