Responsible for recruitment activities through British Columbia and the Maritimes for a variety of Service Provider Positions. Full-cycle recruiting with a high load of active recruitment requests and managing job postings throughout both high population density and remote/rural locations. Active communication with different internal stakeholders as well as external candidates and representatives.

Working as part of the Service Provider Network team, this role involves maintaining a national HRIS database of mental health service providers. Typical duties involve preparing and monitoring contracting documents, tracking and aiding network queries by service providers, and providing administrative support. This role also includes heavy collaboration with the recruitment team in sourcing and securing new talent for the network. Recruiting duties include sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating compensatory rates, accrediting and onboarding new providers.

My time working with Linamar was within a fast-paced and production focused factory environment. Duties within this role spanned all HR domains ranging from recruiting and onboarding procedures, employee relations, HRIS upkeep and system audits, to administrative relief for the plant HR team.

While working in a fast paced environment, my core responsibilities in this role included the completion of print/copy services and courier duties all within the focus of managing internal clients' changing needs on a daily basis.

Oversaw the operation of the outtripping department and its ongoing functions. A high emphasis on risk and logistical management was necessary for staying on top of duties and ensuring the safety of both staff and children. Leadership development by refining direct reports' skills and critical thinking to ensure a high quality of service and safety.

Counseling at a summer camp is a demanding job and in this role the priority was always the support and developmental growth of these staff. Other duties included maintaining a positive atmosphere around campers and serving as a point of contact between parent and child. Data management within Microsoft access was a regular function in this role.
