Global ownership for the strategic direction and leadership for a critical part of BBH's alternative fund servicing business focused on illiquid debt asset classes predominantly Syndicated Loan and Direct Lending. • Ownership of global debt & loan segment growth business plan including market analysis, targeting criteria, operating models and technology roadmap• Overall design and optimization of debt and loan fund operating models including risk management tools consistent with firm principles and policies• Assessment of key differentiators and critical gaps including competitor research to help define positioning and differentiation• Planning and execution leadership for multi-year technology roadmap• Strategic planning and relationship management of debt and loan vendor/technology relationships • Developing and communicating the product proposition for customers, prospects and strategic partners• Partner with Sales and/or the business to raise product awareness through successful delivery of client events, marketing materials, and product launch campaigns.• Industry engagement including speaking and thought leadership • Generate reports and content for whitepapers, articles and blogs• Drive for the establishment of industry standards and norms• Proactively research regulatory/compliance changes and their impact on our clients/prospects

Drives the success of the Loan Servicing product globally with operations in two locations, including Private & Syndicated Loans. Leads and develops officer-level managers and 30 accounting professionals. Oversees fund structures consisting of Cayman, Dublin, Luxembourg and US registered. Previously responsibilities included divisional oversight of Equity & Fixed Income Analysis and Accounting, Derivative Processing and Analysis, Corporate Action Accounting and Cash Reconciliations. • Product SME for numerous Sales, Audit, Regulatory and Board presentations• Extensive knowledge of industry systems and products such as Wall Street Office, MLR (f/k/a LoanSERV), MRS, ClearPar/Markit Clear• Active member of the LSTA & former conference speaker.• Successfully renegotiated contracts with a key vendors resulting in over $500K PA savings in Year One.

FUND ACCOUNTING/CUSTODY OPERATIONS DIRECTOR II Led client relationship management, long and short-term strategic planning, product cross selling, and the management of a staff of three director, five managerial, ten supervisory, and fifty accounting analysts. Served as the business-side project lead for client initiatives including: internal borrowing, additional prime-broker launch, Shanghai support, and SLA maintenance. •Oversaw custody, accounting, trade settlement, and daily net asset value calculation (NAV) for three client relationships with $20B+ in financial assets. •Managed the middle-office operations of a large European alternative investment client with ~$268B (US) and trade volumes of $200k+ per year. -Served as the business-side lead on the initial conversion in November 2004. •Drove ancillary sales of foreign exchange, cash management, securities lending and full mutual fund administration consisting of $800k in additional revenue. •Developed and implemented an end user computing group consisting of two MS Access and Visual Basic developers, leading to $725k+ in labor savings.Additional positions: Relationship Management Director II; Director; Sr. Account Manager; Account Manager
