Lead the development, execution, and delivery of engineered solutions, strategic support, and analytical services for a broad base of customers within the Federal Government marketplace. Focus is on customer understanding in order to deliver revenue growth through strategic planning, direction, and execution of multiple business segments within the Professional and Custom Solutions delivery organization. Activities result in new business awards that create opportunities for fellow employee-owners that ultimately result in meeting customer, personnel and corporate goals.

As President, responsible for developing corporate strategy and directing business growth within USIC and DoD agencies; lead all major business development, proposal, and contract efforts for the Company; serve as the Company’s industry representative for AFCEA, AOC, Northern Virginia Technology Council, and the DC Tech Council. These activities helped develop an understanding of the changing needs of the modern intelligence mission and to use this information to direct the growth activities of the Company. Addtional responsibilities include providing quarterly and annual reports to shareholders, coordinate and conduct quarterly Board of Directors meetings, develop partnerships and subcontract relationships, and present the Company to new customers, partners, and prime contractors.

Lead developer for software and systems focused on supporting USIC customers. Managed a small team of hardware developent engineers on commerical projects. Business development and program manamgement responsibilities.

Engineering functions including System Design and Support as well as extensive Hardware Design experience involving signal acquisition products and training simulators. Involved in all phases Project Management and Design Team Management for program development and execution from customer identification through formal acceptance. Major assignments include developing customer base through meetings and presentations, drafting proposals, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, conflict resolution, formal customer reviews, and status reports.
