As the CEO of Stakt, I drive the vision for the company. My role is to set the expectations for the development team, operations, and sales. I work closely with our CTO and COO on a daily basis.

I am the original founder and work closely with the CTO in building a functional commissions calculator software.

Oversee team of Accountants, Bookkeepers, and FP&A Analysts.Consult clients on financial strategy for the businesses they own.Produce unique and detailed financial projections and cash flow models for clients, tailored to their business and needs.Build unique models for clients including budgeting, commissions, break even analysis, etc.Run DCF models and other valuation techniques for clients during merger and acquisition opportunities.

In this role, I am in charge of client management and relationship. I provide accounting, bookkeeping, financial planning, and analysis services. I manage a team of 5 accountants and bookkeepers. My role includes building processes, reviewing and implementing software options, and budget planning for the company.

Created a financial projection & analysis model specific to this company that provided key insights into cash forecasts, budgets, and profitability. Created, managed, and oversaw all accounting processes and controls, consistently updating as the company grew from $350,000 to $10,000,000. Managed a team of 5 accountants. Created processes for quoting/estimating using cost accounting methods.

Installations of Internet services from the network to residential and industrial premises. Following a job safety sheet and adapting according to new problems that arise.

I worked for 3 months at the FMG Christmas Creek site. I was able to gain great experience both by working with engineers and also being tasked with personal projects. I performed the following tasks:• Conducted root cause analysis on multiple projects. • Oversaw project planning and implementation.• Built extensive Excel program to help identify major areas of concern within mine piping system.
