We are seeking equity funding for the development of a novel treatment for Alzheimer's disease. We are employing our proprietary nanocarrier that targets migratory cells of the immune system which cross the Blood Brain Barrier and transport our therapeutics to diseased areas of the brain to correct two fundamental pathological features of this disease, abnormal protein tau and amyloid beta aggregation.Subsequent to our initial clinical and preclinical development for which this funding is being sought, this same approach will be applied to other neurodegenerative diseases, namely, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson Disease.Please see our website for more specific information: http://www.AugustusBioTarget.com
