I provide financial advice to help people live their best possible life (even so) and facilitate conversations around protection, money and lifestyle.My initial technical background allows me to focus on the details within an individual plan and my experience has allowed me to develop the relationship building and client engagement aspects of financial planning.

As a servicing planner, I supported the senior advisers with all tasks including research and preparation of advice, management of client needs as well as providing advice on behalf of the senior advisers.

My role at Colonial First State involved the creation of Statements of Advice, financial modelling and providing compliance and technical support to the financial advisers.

My role within Matrix Planning Solutions was broad in terms of the day to day running of a financial planning practise. My role combined the administration and technical knowledge to engage with clients as well as provide technical support to the financial adviser. I was the first contact for clients while also preparing advice documents, preparing for client reviews and deal with the day to day administration of the office.

My role as a Technical advisor was to support the Financial Advisors in the preparation of advice and various other duties including;• Researching and analysis;• Liaising with advisors, assistants and external resources;• Preparing advice documents;• Assist in preparation for annual reviews and actioning items for review as required;• Participating in project work and contribute knowledge within the technical teams.

While working for the Department of Indigenous Affairs (DIA) I worked on the various responsibilities and administrative requirements that the Finance department was required to achieve.
