He strategically collaborates with key personnel, contractors, and stakeholders for the improvement of operations to achieve business objectives.Mike was born in Singapore and presently resides in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. He is passionate about being the best person he can be no matter what the situation is or who he is dealing with. He tries to keep a calm and relaxed composure to maximize critical thinking as his chosen career path can be highly stressful. He believes that calm and relaxed thinking is crucial to making the right decision at the right time. He is always willing to learn about new technologies and how to troubleshoot and solve problems. He is always willing to expand his knowledge base and to pass along the same knowledge he obtained.Mike enjoys the technical challenges that come with extended reach wells. New technology being introduced into the harsh environment wells. He acknowledges that no two days are the same.
