As a substitute teacher, I strive to maintain the environment created by the permanent teacher, and keep students engaged with material in their absence. I deal with students of all ages, often without much notice. I pride myself in being very flexible, even in very fast-paced and stressful situations.

My responsibilities at GameStop were pretty vast, but my focus was always on the customer. I made sure they got what they needed and left with as big a smile as I could put on them. I also, of course, maintained and often exceeded the expected level of sales, managed inventory including shipment processing and loss prevention/shrink, and trained new.

My job at Best Buy was almost entirely inventory management. In the Music/Movies/Games department of such a large store, most people enter the store with something specific in mind, rarely requiring much assistance. But when they did, I assisted them to the fullest extent. My knowledge of these fields is vast.
