Primary Responsibilities:•Responsible for the PECO URD Mainstem Distribution Program Manage finances, cost engineering, scheduling, environmental considerations, regulatory agency requirements, labor problems, public and client relations, employee relations and changing laws• Interface with external and internal stakeholders to coordinate project requirements• Provide project status updates to the Program Manager and the customer’s manager of project management• Identify and obtain project team resources• Responsible and accountable for overall project performance including, scope, quality, schedule, innovation for the most complex and high-risk projects• Serve as the primary communicator with the sponsor and key stakeholders on project issues• Review contractor’s invoices for accuracy and completeness• Lead regularly scheduled, detailed project presentations• Ensure a good working relationship between the project manager, line managers, and those employees assigned to the project• Ensure project costs are managed, including development of recovery plan to stay within budget limits• Ensure project team members understand their respective responsibilities• Coach and lead team members to ensure that they can complete task plans, spending plans, and communication plans

• Plan, coordinate, and direct employees engaged in the execution of scheduled and emergent work activities, to assure the highest levels of customer service and to achieve safety, reliability and productivity goals. • Provide leadership to and development of the craft workforce. Coach and evaluate employee performance with timely recognition. Conduct performance reviews and identify growth and learning opportunities for employees. Execute labor strategies involving employees covered under the collective bargaining agreement. • Work within departmental budgets. Recognize unusual conditions and take corrective action. • Respond to emergent equipment conditions and coordinate emergency response to restore system configuration and/or service to customers. Requires 24-hour on-call responsibilities and varied work schedules, as required by business needs. • Promote and maintain an environment that fosters a high-performance culture and a learning organization. Ensure an environment that respects and promotes diversity. Serves as a change agent for business initiatives and assures the human element is understood and considered. Facilitates open and honest communication with staff.• Directs employees engaged in the safe execution of the construction, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of company substation facilities. These responsibilities include preventative/corrective maintenance, capacity expansion, and system reinforcement activities within the assigned regional operating area.• Responsible for the environmental stewardship of substation equipment and facilities in an effort to minimize the impact on the surrounding community and natural resources.

• Manage Project Construction, ensuring all work is performed to standard, within budget, on schedule, and by assessing risk to minimize adverse conditions affecting projects including challenging man-hour estimates and participating in job walk downs.• Manage the tasks being performed by internal and external construction resources to maximize productivity, safety, quality, diversity, and cost savings. Monitor performance and evaluate capabilities. Resolve engineering design, field barriers and delays to meet schedule.• Act as liaison between Project Management and work groups required to execute project schedule, control project scope, manage dollars, clearance orders and onsite materials management. Lead job site walk downs, meetings with engineering, construction and contract management personnel.• Monitor project safety and perform weekly safety audits, verify job briefings and safety tailgates. Assist on Root Cause Investigations (RCI), Apparent Case Evaluations (ACE) or operating incident reviews as requested. Review contractor quality assurance and verify compliance through audits, inspections or surveillances.• East Coast Feeder SPOC Team - Restoration Controller - Damage Assessment and Restoration for Mutual Assistance Storm Events.

• Responsible for the management of the PowerAhead program, a five year 79 million USD storm resiliency project across the ACE territory. • Facilitate all pre, post, and weekly construction meetings.• Jobsite walkdowns, coordination with Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental, Realestate, Government Affairs, Police Coordination, and Public Relations. • Manage all contractors of choice (COC) and engineer of choice (EOC). Negotiate all change orders and bring to a conclusion. Represent the company in all project meetings.• Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the Construction Management Representative and onsite Foreman to ensure project is being built safely, on schedule and within budget.• Investigate any potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines. • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. • Prepare a complete estimate for selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications and bid forms as well as pre construction field review/pre construction meeting. • Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client. • Prepare monthly costing reports.

• Manage commercial and residential installation of telecommunications service lines, specializing in conduit installation via boring/trenching.• Coordination with varied utilities and outside entities.• Perform and supervise welding and fabrication, install feeder for distribution and varied pipe installation. • Conduct High End Audio Video, Home Automation, Pre and Post Wiring, Driveway stone, yard clearing and grading.• Contact all customers, secure and schedule all work, call in all work for mark outs prior to date of completion.• Purchase and maintain all equipment and vehicles including 2 185 CFT Sullair Compressors, 2 2” and 1 3” pneumatic piercing tools, compact tractor, Ditch Witch 255sx and trailers for each.• Track all stock needed and allocate to crews, route crews geographically to minimalize unnecessary drive time, and ensure a quality customer experience with minimal disruption to property.

Manage South Jersey Gas Commercial and Residential natural gas installation• Supervise two drill crews and three service crews, including set up, execution and restoration. • Survey work distributed to service crews for installation of Gas service lines for commercial and residential properties, including areas to create a lay down or safe storage yard as needed. • Ensure completed work met SJ Gas specifications for quality control and safety standards.• Contact all customers prior to service line installation and verify mark outs prior to beginning the work.• Secure any and all materials needed for service crews to maintain production, along with any heavy equipment that is needed for completion.• Track hours, overtime, and production of crews to ensure safe and efficient production.• Address any customer concerns regarding damage that may have been caused and follow up with documentation, restoration or repair.

• Responsible for establishing the strategic direction and administrative oversight for all people oriented activities within the organization, including recruiting, staffing, on-boarding, training and development. • Manage large commercial fiber optic Installations from survey to completion. Ensure a quality customer experience.• Manage the rehabilitation of antiquated cable systems.• Develop Quality control programs and system audit procedures, plan and direct resources and make recommendations for improvements as needed.• Ensure that company specifications and safety procedures, including local, state, and federal standards are followed, monitor engineering activities, including design projects and lines to be built in compliance with company specifications, oversee the warehouse and facilities maintenance, including manage employee relation issues.
