 Created as-built floorplans of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) facilities. Provided drawings for over 20 different sites worldwide, encompassing more than 15 million square feet of facility space. Rendered 3D models of each facility to improve designs of space-usage, fire suppression and alarm systems, labor standards, mechanical plans, lighting plans, and hazardous material remediation plans. Designed a living document of client facilities to use and maintain the drawings in real time. Spear-headed a facility assessment team’s site work and supported facility and infrastructure studies at 30 facilities to determine energy, electrical distribution system, and HVAC performance; lighting conditions; code compliance; reliability; service life; safety; functionality; and serviceability for Defense Logistics Agency-Energy (DLA-E) in Okinawa, Japan. Recommendations and upgrades were then completed in building-specific 35% design/build repair design packages to address identified deficiencies and conditions. Designed facility repairs across 9 Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) sites and more than 100 warehouse buildings throughout the United States. The design entailed an initial site visit to evaluate deficiency information followed by designing repair and replacement projects for identified building components. The scope included overhead replacement, slab and loading dock repairs, window and door replacements, electrical and mechanical component replacements, exterior wall repairs, and roofing repairs. Provided a hazardous materials remediation report to North Fulton Maintenance, Fulton County (GA) Department of Public Works for a redesigned section of Maxwell Road due to the North Fulton County Maintenance and Operation Center construction.
