Was tasked with learning how to do claims for the New York state department to assist people filing for unemployment insurance.Developed a cheat sheet to better assist fellow employees with the project and updated it daily with new information.Helped answer questions within the chat as well as doing one offs with many employees to help them with learning the system and claims process.Became a source of knowledge and help to management in every way possible so that we were functioning to our best capabilities.

Was given a list at the beginning of each month that was updated weekly with a goal to get as many people on the phones and into programs as possible.Used skills learned from the previous role and applied them to this project to help get accounts.Helped develop newer employees when time allotted, showing them the skills and tricks on various systems that helped me succeed.

Was working with overflow of inbound calls and transferring them to the department of education to prevent hang ups. Worked lists of businesses for the department of education skip tracing to find numbers and addresses if needed.After a couple months we were also skipping accounts and calling 3rd parties to get borrowers on the phone for collectors.

Responsible for maintaining the entire department from signs to displays functioning properly as well as setting new planners.Trained new employees on everything electronics as well as Target.Received incoming inventory, as well as kept a digital log for all inventory locations.

In charge of maintaining the department visual merchandising standards as well as making sure everything was fully functional for the customers coming in.Trained new employees and helped create development plans/paths for each of them based upon their specific strengths and weaknesses.Oversaw all of Computing, Tablets, and Digital Imaging Departments sales which pertained to meeting daily, weekly and quarterly goals.As well as developing specific strategies to achieve those goals adjusting accordingly along the way for change.
